An option available to our clients is having your site built using an open-source Content Management Sytem(CMS) Platform. With a CMS your company can edit, update and add new material to your website. Some of our clients like us to maintain their website and do their updates and others like to do it all themselves. Either way Starr Web Solutions is here to help on a regular basis or on an as needed basis.
Many companies offer you a Content Management System but it is hosted with them. Your website you create stays on their server and it not readily transferable if you decide you want to host your site somewhere else. With managed hosting services you can’t add any of your own programs, customization is limited to what their program offers.
